What is Trinovin?
A natural dietary supplement containing red clover isoflavones to help mainten prostate and urinary health in men. Trinovin may assist in the reduction of symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy (prostate enlargement, or BPH).

What are isoflavones?
Isoflavones are plant compounds found in legumes or pulses. Legumes or pulses include lentils, red clover, chickpeas and a large variety of beans including soybeans. Isoflavones are naturally occurring and are an important dietary component for a number of different reasons.
-
How can isoflavone intake be increased?
There are two ways to increase isoflavones in the diet to mimic the traditional Eastern diet:
-
consume a wide variety and relatively high quantity of legumes on a daily basis, or
-
take a daily standardised isoflavone supplement containing all four important isoflavones.
-
What are the benefits of taking Trinovin compared to increasing the quantity of legume consumption?
The main advantage of standardised isoflavone supplements over consuming legumes is the guarantee of obtaining a total of 40mg isoflavones daily, without needing to make significant changes to your diet.
There is no guarantee that you will receive the recommended intake from eating legumes because the precise content of isoflavones varies from legume variety, crop and harvest conditions and is also impacted by processing and lack of standardisation.
Trinovin provides 40mg of standardised isoflavones.

How long does it take to work?
While individual responses vary, men who experience relief of symptoms from isoflavone supplementation should do so in 4-8 weeks of daily use. You may notice a reduction of symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate (BPH). Examples of these symptoms include nocturia (frequency of night time urination), reduced urine flow, inability to start urine flow, intermittency, dribbling.
Take Trinovin daily for at least 8 weeks to assess the benefits for you.
To maintain the benefits, keep taking Trinovin daily.
-
Is Trinovin well tolerated?
The traditional legume-based vegetarian diets of some cultures are high in isoflavones. These men are more likely to maintain their prostate health than men with Western diets who don't have such high isoflavone content in their diet. The typical Western diet contains between 2 and 5 mg of isoflavones a day. Trinovin is designed to mimic the isoflavone level of a traditional Eastern diet.
Trinovin is well-tolerated.
If you are taking prescription medications, it is always advisable to discuss taking another medication, including complementary medicines with your doctor.
-
Are isoflavones feminising, or will they interfere with my normal sexual function?
No. There is no evidence that isoflavones affect masculinity or sexual function
-
What is the recommended daily dose?
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day with a meal.
If you miss taking Trinovin one day, restart the next day.

We recommend that if this is a concern, that you consult your doctor. Symptoms like difficulty urinating, straining to start, nocturia, weak or broken stream, and prostate discomfort might indicate a problem but only your doctor can confirm BPH.
